WHAT WE OFFER
This website offers physical products such as music CDs (e.g. Vivaldi 4 Seasons – The Crossover Concert) and may offer additional merchandise and music releases in the future.
All products are subject to availability and may be updated or discontinued at any time.

Orders are shipped via Österreichische Post or equivalent service.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on destination (approximately €5) and are shown during checkout.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Conditions
Products may be returned if: they are not damaged |they are complete
CDs may be returned even if unsealed, provided that both the disc and packaging are in good condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery | you must provide photo evidence (product + packaging)
After review, we will: send a replacement, or issue a refund
RIGHT TO THE CHANGE OR SUSPEND SERVICES
We reserve the right to: modify or discontinue products | limit or suspend access to the website | update availability or pricing
